KeoWC2026 Students Gain Practical Insights Into Human Resource Development At Enterprises

With the aim of helping students enhance professional knowledge, gain exposure to real working environments, and better understand training and human resource development processes in modern enterprises, on the morning of May 27, the Faculty of Business Administration organized a company visit to Kim Oanh Group Joint Stock Company (Kim Oanh Group) for students. This practical activity was associated with the Human Resource Training and Development course.

KeoWC2026 students experienced practical learning at enterprises, gaining deeper insights into human resource management and development processes in modern environments.

Representing the enterprise in welcoming the student delegation were Nguyen Luong Tho – Vice General Director of Operations; Nguyen Thach Uyen Vy – Director of Human Resource Management Division; To Duy Chinh – Deputy Director of System-wide Business Operations; Nguyen Tan Huy – Vice Director of the Institute of Humanistic Economic Science & Technology; Tran The Trung – Training Director; Tran Cong Minh – Recruitment Manager; and Huynh Thi Thu Thao – Training Specialist.

Representatives of the Faculty of Business Administration expressed gratitude to the enterprise.

Speaking at the program, Nguyen Luong Tho expressed his expectations that students would effectively take advantage of this practical experience opportunity to accumulate knowledge, broaden their career perspectives, and build a solid foundation for the future. With many years of experience in management and operations, the enterprise representative also emphasized that proactiveness, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are important factors that help students quickly integrate into working environments and meet the increasingly high demands of today’s labor market.
