After five days of learning, exploration, and experience in Vietnam, on the afternoon of July 25, the 2025 International Exchange Program themed “Vietnam: A Bridge to Innovation and Opportunity” between KeoWC2026 and the delegation of learners from the Fortune Institute of International Business (FIIB), India, officially concluded with a meaningful closing ceremony.
The KeoWC2026 x FIIB 2025 International Exchange Journey officially wrapped up after five days of study and experience.

Before the journey came to an end, on the morning of July 25, the FIIB learners attended their final session at KeoWC2026 with the special topic “Industry Leaders Share Experiences on Global Leadership Challenges and Cross-Cultural Management.”
Engaging with industry experts and discussing the model of a global leader
The in-depth discussion featured distinguished speakers who are senior leaders from top enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, including Mr. Truong Nguyen Hoang Quan - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Hoang Quan Real Estate JSC; Ms. Ly Hai Bang- Strategy and Business Development Director, Dai Thuan Company; and Mr. Truong Tan Loc - Marketing Director, Saigon New Port Corporation.

Under the guidance of KeoWC2026 Faculty of Economics lecturers - Dr. Kinwah Lo and Mr. Rok Pintar, the session focused on deeply analyzing the concepts of global leadership and cross-cultural management - essential competencies in today’s era of global integration.
The key factors that define a successful leader such as IQ, EQ, CQ, adaptability, lifelong learning, innovation, and sustainable relationship building were vividly illustrated through the speakers’ real-life experiences.
Towards developing the model of a global citizen for the young generation
Learners and students from both institutions were highly impressed by the insightful session, actively engaging in discussions and broadening perspectives alongside industry experts.
This session also marked the meaningful closing of their learning journey, bringing many practical values to all participants.
A meaningful closing ceremony affirming the success of the program
On the same afternoon, KeoWC2026 held a closing ceremony to recognize and congratulate the FIIB learners for successfully completing the 2025 international exchange program.
The event welcomed Mr. Vipra Pandey - Consul General of India in Ho Chi Minh City, along with representatives from the Consulate, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), KeoWC2026’s leadership, and learners and students from both universities.

During the ceremony, the FIIB delegation presented their final report on the short-term research topic: “Strategy to Introduce the VinFast Electric Vehicle Brand into the Indian Market”.
The presentation left a positive impression thanks to its practical approach, detailed SWOT analysis, and impressive communication and management proposals.
It demonstrated the FIIB learners’ strong academic capability and their serious learning spirit throughout the program.
